CUSTOM BUILDS
Here at Southern Roots Designs, we enjoy being able to offer non-factory-made products for your clients. We love that we can be unique and offer a wide range of availability. Every three to four weeks we are building and creating something different. This allows our creativity to continually grow.
WIRE BRUSHED OAK
This look involves multiple sanding phases and taking a singular rotating wire brush to intentionally place distress marks into the wood. To achieve this, it takes three whole workdays alone to complete the distressing: great for tabletops or end tables.
SIDEBOARDS
We enjoy creating what you envision. We've adapted our capabilities to have a metal worked base with the wooden structure nestled on top.
BED POSTS
Every single bed post is hand turned on a lathe with chisels. We pride ourselves on carrying on this tradition of old; we do not use modern CNC machines to achieve this look. A huge selling point to any of your clients!
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
We use exterior and rot resistant wood for all of your outdoor builds. Woods like Iroko, Mahogany or Teak are ideal for all elements of weather, and special paints and varnishes seal the deal nicely.
